Registrations for 2023 are now open!

The highly anticipated Darwin International Laksa Festival is back for its 5th year! 

Now held in October, this month-long festival celebrates the diverse and flavourful world of laksa and the Territory - as well as promoting local eateries and bringing this laksa loving community together. This year’s festival promises to be bigger, better and more delicious than ever. 

Over the past years, the Darwin Laksa Festival has grown into one of the most anticipated events on the city’s calendar. Each year thousands of laksa lovers and enthusiastic foodies roam the Territory to indulge in the delicious laksa and laksa-inspired dishes. 

We are calling all restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, breweries and more to register your venue to be part of this years’ food tour. This is your chance your chance to show off your classic laksa dishes, or delight and inspire people with your creative laksa inspired creations.

The festival will kick off on Sunday 1 October and finish with the finale on Sunday 29 October 2023.
